1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is made within 2–3 days of receiving the order
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Please note: Products that have been used or tampered with are not eligible for refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products
• Products purchased on sale or discount (unless damaged or defective)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Our team will guide you through the return procedure
• After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the approval status
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• In cases of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by Arganic Spot®

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
